Dr Caroline Johnson

Caroline has lived in the local area for most of her life and has been a GP since the early 1990s, joining Surrey Hills Medical Centre in 1997. She works part time in general practice so she can pursue her other career as an educator and researcher at the University of Melbourne. She has extensive experience training GPs with a particular interest in teaching, research and advocacy around how to improve mental health systems in Australia.

Outside work, she loves spending time with her family, gardening, reading, cooking, watching movies and travelling.
