Surrey Hills Medical Centre is now using a secure mobile messaging service to inform patients of their upcoming healthcare reminders. Two examples are routine blood tests or Chronic Disease Management Plan reviews. Patients who do not have a mobile number listed in their medical record or are between the ages of 10 and 17 years will continue to receive these reminders via post. If you have any questions about this service please talk to one of our reception staff.
