At Surrey Hills Medical Centre we have a Diabetes Educator who can provide you with support and motivation required for you to take control of your diabetes care.
Diabetes Education includes
- Education to those with Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational Diabetes
- Medication management
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Generate an exercise regime
- Discuss and generate realistic and achievable goals in order to take better control of your diabetes
- Avoiding future diabetes related complications
